I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not one for New’s Years Resolutions. I never really stick with them and end up falling off the wagon somewhere down the line. However,this year is a little different. I have a lot of goals I want to achieve, and I’m excited about these goals. One of the goals is fitness, in particular weight lifting. I’ve recently started a new lifting program and regimen and I’m excited to report I’m down 4lbs in 3 weeks! I want to continue to do this workout routine until I hit my desired goal which is to lose 20-30lbs.
