New Year New Momma:Fitness Routine

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not one for New’s Years Resolutions.  I never really stick with them and end up falling off the wagon somewhere down the line.  However,this year is a little different.  I have a lot of goals I want to achieve, and I’m excited about these goals.  One of the goals is fitness, in particular weight lifting.  I’ve recently started a new lifting program and regimen and I’m excited to report I’m down 4lbs in 3 weeks!  I want to continue to do this workout routine until I hit my desired goal which is to lose 20-30lbs.

I’m saying it right here, that way I can be held accountable.  Will you join me in this journey?  I believe in the benefits of weight lifting so much that I want other’s to experience it too.  I can guarantee that you’ll feel better about yourself by doing this program.

I’ve made the regimen very simple.   Lift 2 times a week and cardio 3 times a week for 30 minutes.  That’s it,just follow the simple chart below.  Here is a list of recommended things to get you started.

  1. Weightlifting is a great workout if you want to have a healthy body. It works good for weight loss but also for gaining weight. I took crossfit classes for a while. It helped me a lot!

  2. Love this workout plan. Seems simple and exciting to keep up with! I’d love to join in on this fun! I gained about 7 lbs this season. The hardest thing for me is maintaining a healthy meal plan. We’re trying to do this as our new year goal. Best of luck!
